When will I receive my order?

We try to ship within the same business day or the next business day. Please allow up 2-4 business days during high-volume times such as sale promotions, and Holidays.

Standard shipping and free shipping are shipped via Postal First Class which estimates 3-5 days during transit/delivery. Priority shipping is also available at checkout for 2-3 days estimate transit.

 

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We've included insurance in First Class and Priority shipping. Please contact your local post office regarding your lost package.

 

What is your return policy?

Please notify us right away for any damages or errors with your products.

We’re happy to accept returns for full refunds with unwashed/unworn/unused products with their original tags or original package within 14 days once the item has been delivered. 

Returns that are not returned by the 14 days will be subject to store credit. 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges may not be refunded. Once we’ve received your returned item, you will be issued a refund. 

Clearance are final sale.

To initiate a return, please send an email with your name, order number, and reason for return to hello@khanh.co. 

Can I do exchanges?

You are welcome to purchase a replacement item at any time. If you purchase a replacement item before we’ve received your return, please contact us and we will gladly refund your original order in lieu of a store credit. Please note that we are not able to reserve inventory for pending or in-transit returns.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

In the event you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately at hello@Khanh.co within 4 hours. There is a restocking fee of 5% for canceled orders. Once an order begins processing, it can no longer be adjusted or cancelled.
