When will I receive my order?

We try to ship within the same business day or the next business day. Please allow up 2-4 business days during high-volume times such as sale promotions, and Holidays.

Standard shipping and free shipping are shipped via Postal First Class which estimates 3-5 days during transit/delivery. Priority shipping is also available at checkout for 2-3 days estimate transit.


What if my package is lost or stolen?

We've included insurance in First Class and Priority shipping. Please contact your local post office regarding your lost package.


What is your return policy?

Please notify us right away for any damages or errors with your products.

We’re happy to accept returns for refunds with unwashed/unworn/unused products with their original tags or original package. You may send it back for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.  Unfortunately, after the 14 days, we are not able to accept the return. 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges may not be refunded inlcuding orders that receive free shipping. Once we’ve received your returned item, you will be issued a refund.

International Orders, Clearance, Sale Promotions, and Doll Houses are final sale.

Because Noralee is a special occasions offering the policy allows for exchange / store credit only.

Can I do exchanges?

You are welcome to purchase a replacement item at any time. If you purchase a replacement item before we’ve received your return, please contact us.


Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Orders can be adjusted as long it hasn’t been shipped, please email us your adjustments.

In the event you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at within 1 hour. After 1 hour, it can no longer be cancelled.
