Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship to Canada right now and no longer ship to other countries due to the shipping cost raise. We hope to resume shipping internationally again when the price lowers.
When will I receive my order?
We try to ship within the same business day or the next business day. Please allow up 2-4 business days during high-volume times such as sale promotions, and Holidays.
Standard shipping and free shipping are shipped via USPS Ground Class which estimates 3-5 business days during transit/delivery. Priority shipping is also available at checkout for 2-3 business days estimate transit.
Please expect delays during the Holidays.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage/Priority that includes insurance. For damaged or missing packages, we recommend filing a search or claim immediately with your local post office.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to a wrong address. We are not responsible for packages once they have left our warehouse and are in the hands of the shipping carrier.
Can I do exchanges?
You are welcome to purchase a replacement item at any time. If you purchase a replacement item before we’ve received your return, please contact us.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Orders can be adjusted or cancel as long it hasn’t been shipped.
