Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are no longer ship to other countries due to the shipping cost raise. We hope to resume shipping internationally again when the price lowers.

When will I receive my order?

We try to ship within the same business day or the next business day. Please allow up 2-4 business days for processing during high-volume times such as sale promotions, and Holidays.

Standard shipping and free shipping are shipped via USPS Ground Class which estimates 3-5 business days during transit/delivery. Priority shipping is also available at checkout for 2-3 business days estimate transit. We do not offer overnight shipping.

Please expect delays during the Holidays.

Can I do exchanges?

You are welcome to purchase a replacement item at any time. If you purchase a replacement item before we’ve received your return, please contact us.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority and include insurance.

If your package is damaged, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend filing a search or claim with your local post office right away.

KHANH is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Packages once they have left our warehouse and are with the carrier
Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders may be adjusted or canceled as long as they have not yet shipped.
