Refund policy

RETURNS

Please notify us immediately of any damages, defects, or order errors upon receiving your items.

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned by 14 days of the receipt or delivery date. All sales are considered final after the 14-day return window, with no exceptions. Returns received after 14 days will be issued store credit only.

 

Returns must be unwashed/unworn/unused products with their original tags or original package.

 

Noralee is special occasion wear and only available for store credit only.


SHIPPING CHARGES

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges may not be refunded. A shipping label fee will be deducted from the return. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage that has not been reported.

To ensure inventory availability, you can place a new order for the item you'd like and submit a return request for the one you wish to send back.

International Orders, Clearances, Sale Promotions, and Doll Houses are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
